These are the performance meters that show us the level of performance of a specific process in our company. One of the mistakes that most marketing professionals make is not knowing what the key metrics are that they always have to keep in mind when implementing growth strategies . In this article we are going to give you the 8 key metrics or KPIs to achieve success. KPIs 1. The ARPU or Average Revenue Per User (€) Let's start with the ARPU or Average Revenue Per User. This key metric shows us the average revenue per user in a given period of time.

The Churn Rate or cancellation or abandonment rate tells us what percentage of customers we lose in a given period of time. Churn Rate formula To know its value, we must divide the number of lost customers by the number of total customers in a given period. Having the Churn Rate under control is very important to ensure that we are not losing more customers than we are gaining. And if so, act quickly! 4. The CAC or Customer Acquisition Cost (€) The most famous of metrics!  Cost expresses how much it costs us to attract a new customer. This value is obtained by dividing the total expenditure on acquisition marketing by the number of clients for a given period.
